Southern California Restaurant Writers Association has donated over $150,000 to
advance the education of worthy individuals in the fields of restaurant service,
enology, and the culinary arts, naming the program after its founder Doris
Crandall. Award recipients of “Doris Crandall Scholarship Award” have
