Hi, My name is Rick Foster, I am a member of the Southern California Restaurant Writers. I have been a member few about three years and in those three short years I have seen many changes not only in Journalism, but in food writing. The Internet has opened up an entirely new audience and core group of writers. As a food journalist, I look forward to writing more blogs, eating at more unique restaurants and collaborating with other food writers on line and in print.
